Orders placed on ShopIndigoCloset.com are eligible for return and refund for store credit within 14 days of receiving the order.
Orders in which a bogo code was used or the item was on sale, are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please email us to return an item and mail back your order in a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages).
Mail Packages back to:
- Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed-even if following wash instructions-are not eligible for return.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info. If customer has returned merchandise more than 5 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of return and exchange
- All purchases in which a store credit was used as the form of payment, are final sale.
We have a final sale policy for the following items for sanitary reasons:
- Intimates, Bralettes or Underwear
- All jewelry
